Sparks are flying all over the Shaak!

Each Saturday, a spark of creativity is brought to you by our fabulous Design Team! Each of the members of the design team have been busy altering the items that were sent to them in their mixed media kits and each of them has posted all about their works of heART.

Hello Kraafters!

In case you missed it, here is the rundown.
July began the second rotation featuring the talents of Sandra, Peg, Sheri and Beth.

Sandra started it all off with her altered tote bag where she painted a gorgeous face and taught us a thing or two about perseverance.

Peg got us all cracked up with her use of crackle paste and flowers on a little sandwich board sign that was a chalkboard on one side and a cork board on the other.

Sheri took us to level three when she made a mixed media triptych with lovely colors and lots of textures on her 3″ x 5″ canvas panels.

Beth opened doors and brought us to the garden when she altered the door frame for a 4″ x 6″ photo.

August will have just as much fun and creativity as the ladies have been challenged to use the mixed media kit to create an item in a “Back To School” theme. BONUS – I will be participating this month as well. We shall see what we all come up with.

About Heather

First and foremost, I am a child of the One True King! I am blessed to be married to my best friend and was privileged to stay home and raise my boys. I began the Kraaft Shaak in 2010 as a way to experiment with crafting mediums and to teach others what I have learned and have come to enjoy it as my creative passion. Taking the 'show on the road' is my latest passion and each day is one step closer to that dream. Thanks for being a part of that journey too!
